Start with fully developing the problem statement
I don't write code until I fully understand the problem. I take time to dissect the core requirements, constraints, and the underlying business value. Solving the right problem is half the battle won.
Use proven tools and structures
I rely on industry-standard patterns, robust architectures, and reliable technologies. While I love exploring the cutting edge, production applications need stability, maintainability, and predictable performance above all else.
Make a fast demonstrateable demo
Getting a working prototype into the hands of stakeholders early is crucial. I focus on rapid iterations and building core functionalities first, so we can validate ideas through actual usage rather than theoretical discussions.
Evaluate solution against the goals
A project isn't complete just because it runs. I continually measure the outcome against the original objectives, gathering feedback and refining the solution to ensure it genuinely solves the problem it set out to address.
